Though it pains me to do this, especially after all of Akhenaten's work, I may have to institue a "No punctuation in page names" policy. Certain features (especially portfolio's) are completely corrupted by the accent marks and apostrophes and will not display. Since I can't code PBwiki around this I may, as Administrator, have to purge the marks unless there is some workaround that we haven't yet discovered.

I've changed the page name from Q’artalla to Q'artalla. The difference is the critical character ’ which looks a lot like a standard ' but isn't on a normal English keyboard; everyone make sure that when you edit you use the ' instead of the ’ so we don't have too many dead links.

Work has resumed on the site, and on Skarn City as a whole. With the revivification of a weekly Skarn game, development can now continue unhindered.

I have advanced the Game World by 5 years over the summer. As I attempt to resuscitate development (as much for myself as for the community), I will also be making notations of what about the city has changed over time. These will likely be under the heading 1068 AE Update or something similar.
